3. Analytics and tracking tools
Webspansion uses Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics tool that records how visitors interact with this website. This may include mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and session replays. Clarity helps identify usability issues and improve the site.
Microsoft Clarity data is processed by Microsoft. Their privacy policy applies to data collected through Clarity. You can learn more at microsoft.com/privacy.
Webspansion does not use Google Analytics or advertising tracking pixels. Clarity does not collect passwords, payment info, or other sensitive data you enter in forms.
4. AI tools and submitted content
Webspansion may use AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic, to help organize information, draft copy, write and review code, debug, and improve workflows during the website-building process.
If you submit information through an application or intake form, that information may be used as input to AI tools to help build or refine your website. Webspansion uses human judgment to review AI-assisted output before anything goes live.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for a basic website project. (See Section 8 for more on this.)
5. Third-party services that may process your data
Running Webspansion involves a few third-party tools. Each has its own privacy policy. Webspansion only shares information with these tools as needed to operate.

7. Who can see your information
Your information is primarily accessed by Ashmit Bohora (the founder and primary builder). Webspansion does not share your personal information with other people or organizations except through the third-party tools listed in Section 5 (which are used solely to operate the project).
If Webspansion works with volunteers or apprentices on a project, they may see project-related information necessary to complete their assigned work. They are expected to treat client information as confidential and not share it outside the project.

9. How long we keep information
Webspansion keeps information as long as it's needed to provide or support services. Client project files (logos, photos, content) may be kept for a reasonable time after launch in case updates are needed.
If you'd like your information removed, email help@getwebspansion.org and it will be deleted from Webspansion's records within a reasonable timeframe. Note that third-party services (Ko-fi, Web3Forms, etc.) maintain their own retention policies.
